Access: Download links are sent to your email. Please check your spam/junk folder if not received.

Support: For download issues, contact support@realtorglow.com within 7 days of purchase.

Processing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

U.S. Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – $8.99 flat rate

International Shipping: 10–20+ business days (customs/duties may apply).

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

For lost or delayed packages, contact us within 30 days of shipment.

Digital Products: All sales are final; no refunds after download.

Physical Products: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for errors or refused deliveries.

Pre-Orders: Will ship by the estimated date listed on the product page.
